「家族滞在」の子どもは日本の学校に通える？

在留資格「家族滞在」で日本にいる外国人の子どもたちは、日本の公立小中学校に通うことができます。義務教育は日本国籍の子どもに対して課せられた制度ですが、外国籍の子どもも「就学する機会」は平等に与えられており、保護者の希望があれば受け入れられます。
