在留資格で認められる業務と、現場の仕事にギャップがある
このビザでは、専門的な知識や経験を活かす業務が求められます。具体的には、通訳、マーケティング、システムエンジニアなどです。しかし、実際の業務が単純労働に偏っていると、たとえ雇用契約があっても「在留資格違反」とされる可能性があります。 This visa allows work that utilizes specialized knowledge, such as interpreting, marketing, or system engineering. 相談が遅れると、ビザ更新で不許可になることも
