特定技能の外国人を受け入れる中小企業に対して、日本語教育や生活支援体制の構築費用などを補助します。

This program supports SMEs that accept specified skilled workers. It covers costs such as Japanese language instruction and support system setup.
キャリアアップ助成金（正社員化コース）
外国人を契約社員として雇用し、一定の条件を満たして正社員に転換した場合に助成金が支給されます。
Career Advancement Subsidy (Permanent Employment Course)
If a foreign contract worker is promoted to full-time status under qualifying conditions, the employer can receive financial support.
地域創生人材支援事業（地方自治体）
地域に外国人材を定着させることを目的とした支援制度で、研修費、住居確保、生活支援などに対する補助が自治体によって提供されています。
Regional Revitalization Talent Support (Local Governments)
Some local governments offer support to promote the regional settlement of foreign workers, including training costs, housing arrangements, and daily life support.

申請時の注意点 / Key Points to Keep in Mind When Applying
補助金の多くには「事前申請が必要」「交付決定前の支出は対象外」などの条件があります。
知らずに手続きを進めてしまうと、せっかくの経費が補助対象外になることもあります。
制度によって条件は異なるため、行政書士や商工会議所などの専門家に相談することが重要です。
Most subsidies require advance application, and only expenses incurred after official approval are covered.
If companies are unaware of these conditions, they may unknowingly become ineligible for reimbursement.
