【ハローワークってどんなところ？】
ハローワークは、国（厚生労働省）の機関であり、求職者のための支援サービスを無料で提供しています。求人情報の閲覧だけでなく、履歴書の書き方や面接対策、仕事の紹介状まで幅広くサポートしてくれます。

【知らないと損！「紹介状」とは】
ハローワーク経由で応募すると「紹介状」がもらえます。これは企業に対して「この人を紹介します」という公式な文書で、面接の印象にも良い影響を与えます。自己応募よりも採用率が上がることもあるので、ぜひ活用しましょう。
When you apply through Hello Work, you receive a “shokai-jo” (introduction letter) to present to the company. This official document can improve your chances at interviews compared to applying on your own.
